Ramen is a traditional, quick-to-prepare Asian noodle made from wheat flour and water. The word “ramen” also refers to the dish itself, which consists of high-quality ramen noodles, broth and other ingredients. There is a wide variety of ramen dishes in Asia, with almost every region having its own characteristic type of ramen.

It is characterised by a fantastically delicious, hot broth, complemented by the flavour of fermented Korean vegetables, or kimchi.

RAMEN NOODLE SOUP NEOGURI RAMYUN (hot)

The spicy and rich seafood broth adds a unique aroma.

RAMEN NOODLE SOUP SOON VEGGIE RAMYUN (mild)

The base is a mildly spicy vegetable broth. The soup is also ideal for vegans, as no animal products are used.

Preparation tips:

• If the soup broth is too spicy, additionally add up to 250 ml of hot water;

• Soups are great as a base for a richer version. We recommend adding a soft-boiled egg, spinach leaves, mushrooms, bacon, meat, greens or any other ingredient of your choice to the soup. Feel free to add one or more extra ingredients!
