Soba Japanese Style Noodles With Buckwheat, 250g

Soba ("buckwheat" in Japanese) is a thin Japanese noodle made from buckwheat and wheat flour. They have a slightly nutty flavour and a soft texture. Soba noodles are higher in protein and fiber than wheat noodles. The noodles can be served chilled with sauce and side dishes or warm in wok dishes and soups. Preparation: Boil water in a pot, add noodles and boil for 3-4 minutes. Then drain. After cooking it is recommended to rinse the noodles with cold water to avoid sticking. Store in a dry, cool place.
