Tomoshiraga Somen are very thin noodles made of wheat flour. 1,25mm in diameter and 17,5cm long. Usually served cold, but also perfect in soups etc. Cooking Instruction: 1. Put noodles into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes until noodles float up. 2. Pull out the noodles and douse in cold water until cool, then let dry. 3. Add your favourite vegetables, meat and seasonings etc.in hot soup, and or cold mix noodles.
